Ketra A. Mytich, J.D., focuses her practice in the field of estate planning,
charitable giving, post-death estate administration and business succession
planning. Her goal is to provide committed service that educates her clients
and helps them achieve their present and long term goals for themselves, their
loved ones, and their communities.
Ms. Mytich is a contributing author of three books including
Generations,
an in-depth guide to estate planning, and Ways and Means, a text
on retirement planning and Planning with the End in Mind. She has
written articles for financial and legal publications and has done editing for
Bloomberg Press. Ms. Mytich is a frequent speaker at colleges, universities and
public forums. Ms. Mytich has been awarded the 25 Women in Leadership Award.
Ms. Mytich has been a practicing attorney for more than twenty years. She
received her Juris Doctorate from Marquette
University and her bachelors degree from St. Louis
University. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Ms. Mytich is a
member of the Illinois State Bar Association,
Peoria
County Bar Association, Central Illinois Estate Planning Counsel; a member of
the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys (NNEPA), a member of the
Illinois/Wisconsin Forum of the NNEPA; and a co-founding fellow of EPICOR
(Estate Planning Institute of Collaborative Resources); and the National Academy
of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc.
